Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Jaipur though reputed courier services. For pin codes not covered by said courier services, the delivery will be made via Speed-post. Please allow us the following number of days from receipt of your order:

For Domestic

Via Courier: 3-5 business daysVia Speed-post: 12-15 business days

International

Via – DHL FEDEX ARAMEX UPS

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person. website is not responsible for damage / shortage after delivery. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

If you believe that the products are not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our customer care or mail us at info@craftofpinkcity.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts that the replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
