Cancellation Policy

If you want to modify your order and have not hit the “place your order “button, you can remove items from your cart and make any changes necessary. Once you’ve hit the order button, your order has gone through. If you want to make a change in your order, you can inform us with changes to your order within 24 hours on Info@craftofpinkcity.com Once the order gets confirmed, we may not be able to make any changes to your order. In case of cancellation due any change of plans, Craftofpinkcity reserves the right to refund or offer an exchange voucher.
