Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:

• Send an e-mail to us on Info@craftofpinkcity.com to raise a request for exchange. We shall revert to you within 24 hours, thus helping you with your exchange. Or Contact on +(91)-8559979699.
• Meanwhile, on the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the reason(s) for return on your invoice.
• Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice and tags
• We shall then arrange for REVERSE PICK from the address where it was originally delivered.

Product Disclaimer

Products at Craftofpinkcity are designer made, intricately crafted and sourced from various parts of India. There may be very little variation in colour of the actual product against that as shown on the website due to the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display outputs due to lighting, digital photography, colour settings and capabilities of computer monitors. While we have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the Site, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.

Refunds (if applicable)

In case of a damaged/defective product, we will refund the amount in your bank account in the next 5-7 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Most refunds post in your account within 2-5 business days, please ask for transaction details in case if it does not show up.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and be credited automatically in your bank account. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

• If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
